Site visit and requirement analysis. We understand the space, the constraints, and what you actually want — before any number is quoted.
We quote line by line, not lump sum. Plumbing, tiles, sanitary, electrical, fittings — each priced separately. Drop any item, the total adjusts.
On confirmation, the first 40% covers booking and material procurement. Work begins immediately on receipt.
Around 60–70% completion, the next 40% is due. By this point, you can see and walk the work.
On handover, the final 20% is paid. You also receive 1 year of free workmanship warranty — no questions asked.
