Biogas — our origin

Turnkey biogas plants — 1 m³ to 80 m³.

We started Vedh in 2009 as a biogas turnkey installer. Every plant we ship — from a household 1 m³ to an institutional 80 m³ generating ~40 m³ of gas a day — is designed end-to-end: feedstock, digester, scrubbing, end-use.

An institutional biogas plant at sunrise — RCC dome digester, fabric balloon held in a steel-frame cage, scrubbing column with copper piping, technicians in safety gear inspecting the system — by Vedh.

The full system

Feedstock to flame, every component is ours.

Digester → moisture trap → H₂S scrubber → blower → flow meter → flame arrestor → stove. The biogas is 60% methane / 40% CO₂; the scrubbing system makes it safe and corrosion-free.

Scope

A turnkey package.

Designed, built, commissioned, and trained — by one team.

Why Vedh

Why institutions and farms invite us back.

01

Turnkey, every size

From a 1 m³ household unit to an 80 m³ institutional plant generating ~40 m³/day of biogas — same engineering rigor at every scale.

02

Modern feedstocks

Cattle dung, food waste, kitchen waste — plant designed for the feedstock you actually have, not just the textbook one.

03

Greenhouse-gas capture

Methane and CO₂ from food waste are the two biggest greenhouse gases. We capture them and burn them — turning waste into clean energy.
